This eco-friendly extension is in Downpatrick, Co Down.
We used 200mm highly insulated walls giving a u-value of 0.16. The floor build up is 300mm I-Beams with Wyroc Flooring, glued and screwed. Large Oak trusses from Tullymore Forest Park have been installed and will be left exposed.
