Newcastle, Co Down
This passive house is in Newcastle, Co Down. We used 200mm external walls together with the Siga Airtight System and in doing so we achieved a u-value of 0.13. The floor build up is 300mm I-Beams with Wyroc Floorin, glued and screwed. The external walls are to be Cedar cladding with no brick or blockwork.
