This nursery school in Bangor, County Down is the first A-rated school in Ireland.

The walls of the school had to achieve a u-value of 0.2 and achieve a high fire rating.  Working closely with Trada and our design team we used a 100mm concrete blockwork, 100mm cavity with 50mm of insulation, 150mm structural stud (incorporation) 140mm rockwool, 25mm service cavity.
